- Mit Deiner guten Erfahrung im Bereich Eventmanagement übernimmst Du Aufgaben im Bereich der Konzeption, Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung/ Auswertung von Events, Roadshows und Promotionaktionen unterschiedlicher Größe und Ausrichtung
- Du recherchierst und koordinierst passende Dienstleister und Lieferanten, wie z.B. Locations, ShowActs, Caterer, Technikpartner und Eventpersonal
- Du erstellst Ablaufpläne und sorgst mit entsprechenden Briefings für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung
- Mit einem guten kaufmännischen Verständnis erstellst Du Kalkulationen

- With your good experience in event and project management, you will take on tasks in the area of conception, planning, implementation and following/evaluation of events and roadshows of various sizes and orientations
- You connect experiential communication with social media and influencer measures
- You research locations, suitable service providers and suppliers, compare offers and negotiate, and ensure successful implementation with appropriate briefings.
- With a good commercial understanding, you prepare calculations and ensure that timings are met.
- A completed education or degree with a focus on marketing, communication, event management
- If possible, you have at least 1 year of professional experience in comparable areas
