• You know UGC formats down pat and know how to create authentic content that really performs — not just polished, glossy

• Experience in social media management, content creation or comparable
• Safe use of common social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their formats
• Experience in creating UGC content as well as editing and editing video and image material
• Don't be afraid of the camera — you like to be part of the content yourself
• Graphics skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe programs) are a big plus
• Pragmatic, fast way of working — you'd rather try things out than plan for a long time
