Lisbon incentive trip

Under the motto “Team Player until Sunset, Adventure Seeker until Dawn,” we brought the team from Greyt together for an unforgettable incentive trip. The aim was to connect employees more closely despite the challenges of remote working and to create a lasting emotional impact in the corporate context.

Highlights of the trip:

• Rooftop Networking: Starting with a Meeting and Lunch on a Breathtaking Rooftop that offered picturesque views of Lisbon.
• Sailing Regatta on the Tagus: An active team challenge in which all participants were introduced to the art of sailing — a metaphor for teamwork and leadership.
• Tile painting workshop: A cultural immersion that involved working with traditional Portuguese tiles, followed by a TukTuk sightseeing and tasting tour that highlighted local flavors.
• Surf Class & Beach Day: A day at the beach that not only offered relaxation, but also surfing lessons to promote new skills and strengthen team spirit.

Outcome: The trip led to visibly happier employees, increased motivation in everyday working life and improved long-term employee retention. This success shows how powerful shared experiences are to strengthen team dynamics and create a strong sense of belonging.
