The Annual Forum is the most important event of InsuResilience Global Partnership and the wider resilience community. It brings specialists from the Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance (CDRFI) community together all over the world. The Annual Forum focuses on the Global Shield against Climate Risks, a joint initiative between the V20 and the G7. This initiative aims to provide climate-vulnerable countries with more systematic, coherent and sustainable financial security. Under the patronage of the Head of InsuResilience Secretariat Dr. Astrid Zwick, the guests included none other than Hon Dr. Henry Kokofu, Special Envoy of the CVF Presidency of Ghana, Heike Henn, German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and Dane McQueen, Director, Programs and Partnerships (COP 28).

The one-day program of the Annual Forum in Bonn with a total of almost 300 participants online and offline includes the following content:
